If it is seized due to crank bearings, a crank grind can put it back on the road.
If it has a leg hanging out of bed, it is scrap.
Another 251 or a 265 are the only direct bolt ins.
Even a 318 is lots more work- tranny, bell housing, hanging pedals, drive shaft re-work...
