The hole was drilled with a 3/8 drill bit. It stops before it breaks thru. There is a mark at the bottom of the drilled hole like somebody took a very small rectagular shaped punch and struck it intending to go thru. You can see a mark in the cylinder bore where the hole should be. I took compressed air and blew against the hole but could not feel any air coming thru. Also took a single strand of copper wire to see if it would go. No go. I don't believe there is a hole there. What else would cause the brakes to engage and not engage? In other words wouldn't they lock up if that hole was not open?
