Well, the way I see it for my unique situation, I'm will spend much less on one axle. I need shoes and now drums plus the wheel cylinder rebuild kits. Thats it. Grand total for one axle is $100 even. And I really dont see myself crashing and kicking myself for not doing the conversion. It's a 1951 Dodge Power Wagon. Not a racecar. I'll drive it like a truck and treat it like a truck. No crashing allowed.
