Also interchangeable with the '39-'47 Dodge trucks:
gauges are the same as the '46 through '51 (maybe '52?) Power Wagon
seat
cowl lights
cowl vent
cabs are similar but the firewall and floor are different
I'm sure there's a few other things I'm missing...
