Oh, Kubotas are nice tractors. You can get 4Wheel drive, A very effiecent diesel, attachments galore, BUT They become obsolete very fast and when you have to fix them...Watch your hind end! They will take you for a ride on parts! At the farm, we have a Kubota M4500DT 4X4 Diesel tractor. These were produced between 1979-1985 and they are already very very hard to find parts for. We need an engine for ours (threw a rod) and I called all over tying to find one. A Reman longblock engine for it will be $8800! and a years wait! GIve me a break! You have to go to a Kubota Dealer to get parts for them. Heck I have walked in a John Deere Dealer and got parts for a Massey Harris tractor or old IHC tractor. Kubotas are nice, but NOT worth the headache. Parts are VERY hard to find and expensive. Good luck.
