LU2 rear winch question

Sorry if this has been addressed earlier. I don't have a diagram of a LU-2, thought I'd ask before I start unbolting things: What's involved with reversing the winch and changing around the input and brake? I want to set a winch up in back, would like to have the shaft coming straight from the driver's side off a rev. pto on the t-case.
