We have a guy with the waiver in his voice that sounds like he is on the verge of tears. Hustling money from good hearted poeple. He has a story that he is on his way from New York to Norfolk to see his son on the USS Whatever. His water pump went up and the car is in the garage and he will need $80.00 to get it repaired. I fell for it once years ago. But I saw him again recently at another place of business. He works parking lots mostly. He's good. He could snow to Induits.
