If it's a steering knuckle, I don't think you're supposed to pump it clear full of grease, but somebody more knowledgeable will probably tell you the right answer. It would probably take several tubes to pump it full, but then you have lots of friction of the knuckle spinning around in a solid mass of grease. If it's just a 2WD front king pin, I would think a whole tube of grease should have filled it up and then some.
