I have not received mine yet, and I know it always goes out on the 15th of the month. For many years, I have gotten the PWA by the 25th or 26th of the month in which it was mailed out, but for the last 3 months, the issues have not gotten to my house until after the start of the following month. Something must have changed with the U.S. Postal routing in my area or something. I'm in Ft. Worth region of Texas.
