5.50x16 used 7.50x16 tires (small lock ring)
6.50x16 used 9.00x16 tires (large lock ring)
4.89's with 7.50 and 5.83's with 9.00
over the last 50 or so years who knows who
mounted what, or what wheels were switched with what truck , or whatever. the 7.50x16 tires have always been available in most tire stores with some very inexpensive types while
9.00x16 have always been expensive and not
on every shelf
