Eastwood (www.eastwoodco.com) has a couple of different products (one about $100 for a "typical truck bed", the other $150) that are DIY. One of them is tintable. ($150) I haven't used either.
(I have used the Herculiner stuff on a horse trailer I painted. It went on fairly easy, and the owner is happy with the results. As far as I know, it only comes in black.)
