How do you get the Brite indicator light bulb out?

OK I know I am a Electrician but I have the indicater unit off the dash and right in front me and can't get them open to replace the bulbs. I have 2 of them and both do not come apart? Dose the part with the 3 holes unscrew from the holders or slip on? I can unscrew the Jewel tip off and see the bulb in there but the part this screws into dose not want to come off the part the bulb goes in and I did not want to forse it yet. Thanks, Mark H.
