There are two front seat back hinges, two screws each, that mount the back seat to the cab. The bottom bench seat has two curved flat fingers that go into slots at the bottom of the back seat rails. You have to pull the back seat forward on it's hinges, slip the fingers in the slots and adjust the bottom seat by positioning the bottom front holes on the cab nipples (one on each side of cab seat area.
