Go to the inliners.org site and look at the mopar forum.

One of their members (Hudson) has a modified 230 that he has been using successfully in tractor pulls for a couple of years.

I believe that he regularly revs at 5000+ RPM (albeit for short durations). Still, pretty impressive when most people will tell you that these engines will destruct at RPMs a couple of thousand shy of that mark.
