there is no dual application for 11.00r16 in the michelin tech books
however the min dual spacing for 11.00 section tires is about 12.5in (no fit on 6.5wheels) listed
that means if you put two mounted tires face to face (like a dual mount) the distance between tire centers would have to be 12.5in min)
now the way the 6.50H16 budd wheels on my 48 (and 52) are put together that means to obtain the spec the mounting flange would have to be moved about 2in out on each wheel meaning the backside (tire to inner panel/suspension) would move in the 2in
now way it would clear and there is not 2in left in the front of the rim to move it out
again thats 6.50H16 wheels which have an overall width (with the flanges) of almost 8inch with a backside setting of 7.75in
