Marty, would a Yoder Powerhammer be of any interest to you or your Father and Uncles at the Shipyard? Our friend Renato has come across a long lost powerhammer that used to be used in the Vancouver shipyards during the War to build the Liberty Ships. This machine has historical importance as well as the ability to stretch steel plate into compound curves. But as you know in the metalshaping trade these vintage powerhammers are highly sought after and priced accordingly. Could you see yourself learning the craft of the Metalshaper from the Master(Renato) himself? Give him a call and arrange a shop visit if there is interest at the Shipyard.
