that looks like a Department of transportation lite bar . it is still available through napa or other part stores.you should replace the whole thing if it is rusty(meaning the bar and lights ) not the two brackets coming from the cab. i just bought one for my oshkosh so i know they are available. lens colors are red, yellow, green, and i think blue.bring it in for a sample or get a # off it .or just get lenses and a ring your choice.
