a friend of mine works at a prison and they do autobody work for the price of materials. they do excellent work beacus they want to learn something usefull in there life and if they do a bad job. the guard can sit on there parole hearing and give opinions to the board .you may want to look into the local prisons system it may save you 25 out of the 28 hundred dollar estimate and give them something unique to paint
