we/they make their money from the prep work(dings, sanding, rust fixing etc etc etc) it does take alot of hours to make something presentable again. I do not use the word perfect as in the case of sheet metal in my opinion they are never perfect. The painting itself doesn't take long at all(mostly paint costs the big factor)!!! It takes longer to tape stuff up/off. I'll shoot you an email tomorrow and tell you how to shoot the paint. Where to begin and where to end. Not hard with a few pointers
