It's not to hard to rebuild you carb. if you now how and you now what problem areas to look for. I just rebuilt my Carter DTC1 and let me tell you parts can be costly and hard to find. If you do it yourself be sure to get a good rebuild kit.
I found some places on the wed that rebuild carbs. and if you don't have the ability or the time that my be the way to go. I found carbs. starting around 150.00 on the web with a good core.
