radiator part number info needed...

can anyone tell me the application of this Dodge truck radiator - part# 1929520?

It is near identical to #2233481, which is in my PW300. By moving the mounting straps about a 1/4 inch, it will fit in my project W300/T.6354.

It appears to be from a medium duty truck.
