Until you read some posts. Or post one yourself and get some replies. Best advise I have read is Pressurerizing the oil into the engine with a homemade unit from an old fire extingusier. Fill unit with oit ,add air 5-7 pounds pressure (into oil pressure line (a little fuzzy on pressure amount and where to inlet it but I can be corrected)and this will pressurize oil to all orifices before starting. As stated, I can't find the old posts but someone will give you the right info. Good luck and don't fry bearings.
