I put a concoction of 30W oil and some kerosene down the cylinders; let it sit a couple days and put a socket on the crank shaft and cranked away. Took alot of pressure but now it will turn over with the starter. I've also heard alot of talk about using Marvels Mystery Oil instead of kerosene/oil mixture.
