On the contrary, I have a friend with a couple of older Fords with Napco front drive axles. The 6 lug pattern on them are the same as the 6 lug pattern on my '68 W300. And, incidentally, the 6 lug wheels off of the M15(not sure if that is the correct designation) will also fit.
