My shop is 20x40 with a second story for parts storage.6 foot of room upstairs is alittle low,but at 5'9",i fit o.k.I plumbed it for air lines after i had been in for a while, should have done that first. If i could do it all over,i would have poured a service pit 60" deep X 30" wide X 12'long.This is a very difficult thing to add later,as cutting the floor, digging the hole and forming the walls will be much harder now.I installed an engineered beam in the ceiling for a trolley and chain fall and it supports a 440/727 with less than 1/4 of deflection.10' of travel on the 40'axis has been sufficient. The P/W fits well, although the door is a little narrow with the mirrors out.Should have gone wider.(10')
