The overdrive on the three speed is not going to work with the four speed.....sounds like a great idea but it would be an engineering nightmare.
However...that transmission with the overdrive is very sought after by old car guys....and they are quite valuable. I have seen them sell for $750. I don't know exactly which transmission this is, but it probably will fit a great variety of Chrysler Corp cars.
The wiring is not really very difficult once you get the diagram (which can be found in shop manuals etc).
I put one in my 48 Plymouth coupe and it is a dream. Plus it was a direct bolt in...the donor car was a 55 Plymouth.
But your best bet is to sell the trans/over drive and put the money towards 4.89 gears or a Denman.
