awww modern teck.
My 220 Cummins gets started and sits for at least 15-20 minutes before it moves, and then is not up to temp, it runs for up to 20 minutes before it is shut off.
They didn't have all that automatic shut off stuff in 1951, even on a Kenworth.
The new pickups are some what different I hear, the powerstroke injector is a pump and I hear that they will mess up if left idleing too long, but any engine should cool before shut off. my opinion
