You’ve piqued my curiosity! Who made these after-market front ends? Is this a tilt front end, or do you lift it all the way off? Interesting, never seen one before. It would allow greater room when working on the engine, but you loose the nifty Flat Fender look (Sorry Gordon, I don’t know what else to call it! : )
