What's the history of the engine. Was it running ok and then got parked for a while and now no compression on those cylinders? Probably valves sticking, which is pretty typical. Or did it just start running worse? Probably head gasket then. Zero compression shared between cylinders probably isn't rings. If it hasn't sat very long, lots of times a few minutes of running will put things right.

Have used MM oil on stuck valves, combined with gently prying down on the bottom of the valve stem (engine NOT running of course) with good results but if it's stuck hard you're going to have to do what the manual says and pull the head.
