As far as the one i listed i honestly don't know.
I'm not fimilar with webtv.
You can try to setup an account with www.hotmail.com and use that for your email.
It has some junk mail filters you can cater it to your needs.
I just go to junk folder and click delete all.
Just a suggestion.
