It is coming up on a year since I first found this forum and started posting drivel to it. During that time I have learned a lot. From 0 to 60, you might say. The weird thing about eBay is that you have to act fast; I bought my Power Wagon on eBay based on a very long-time appreciation of Power Wagons, but frankly without knowing much about them. I spent the time between my "winning bid" and the arrival of my new truck on a flatbed scouring the web sites and book stores for everything I could find.

In that process I saw "Power Wagon Advertiser" many times, but it was a long time before I subscribed, thinking that it was just like Hemming's, full of ads, but not necessarily interesting or informative.

So while a name change may cause a few people to be confused who have come to know it, it may also welcome new people more quickly who can't tell what it is by its title. You could always do a sub-text, something like:

Power Wagon Advertiser
A magazine for 4WD Dodge Truck enthusiasts

or something like that.

One final thought. There's a shack/dive bar near where I live that's known as Zot's. The actual name as painted on the building is "The Alpine Inn (formerly known as Rosatti's). It hasn't been Rosatti's for at least 20 years, maybe more, but is still called Zot's as a shortening of that name. Maybe if they got rid of the "formerly known as" they could finally finish changing their name :-)

Glenn
