I understand what you are saying there Gordon. In my search for a Power Wagon I get all sorts of info from people........M37's have been Power Wagons. WC's have been Power Wagons and even a 70's Dodge 4x4 pickup "power wagon" and any old truck of any type have all been found on my quest for a "flat fender or Power Wagon"
But if I remember correctly in my readings the 46 WDX was referred to as a civilian version while other things I read referred to as "military type" And then we got the Power Giant era and Sweptline era and is it the lifestyle era of the 70's Power Wagons also.
I try to use the words "original Power Wagon" (theres that "original" word again) but only serious fans know what I am talking about.
Face it only the true fan or die hards like us on this forum know what a "Power Wagon" or "flat fender" is.
