My 46'POWERWAGON WDX has a gin pole that sets with one pole centered in the middle of the bumper and the other two bolt in place on either side of the cowl to two big wing nuts that are secured to the frame via the inside of the cab. It's a crazy set up which probably isn't the best for the truck but it's the only one I've seen like it. I believe it to be an Ex-military vehicle. Either they did it or someone manufactured it themself.
Bob Stahl at Veteran Vehicles had a gin pole listed on his webpage last year and I asked Dennis Sherman about one he had at one point. He also has a truck with a plow he might sell you. Pretty sure it's not close to original.
