the fair market value (if it had original engine) as you have it described is probably about 8,500 or more not restored (molested)
with winch
with original interior in excellent condition
needing bed wood (they all do)
needing new tires (most originals do)
some have gone much higher check photo classifieds you can get a good idea of value
the deductions are the engine swap and if any cutting/butchering (firewall, frame, etc,) ws done for the installation
need to determine what else was modified that you might have to redo
