In the muscle car world options were listed on a build sheet and fender tag along with the engine size in the VIN.
Are flat fender's in any way coded with the options it came with or all flat fenders the same and the options were added but not documented to the specific truck?!?! I have never heard anyone talk about the "original" engine and so forth. Is there somewhere on the truck that would tell someone that it was a "winch" or "rear PTO" or Belt pulley" or "3 pt" truck that came that way via the factory?
On the old Dodge Chargers theres a fender tag with codes on color,top a courtesy light package,trannys and read ends and gears and engines and interiors.
Just curious.........
