I think the 325 can be converted to the Dodge hemi, but you might have as much trouble finding the hemi heads and correct pistons as a complete 325 hemi. I believe the hemi pistons are slightly different than the poly versions, the poly pistons can work with the hemi heads but the compression ratio will be lower. The Plymouth polys can't be converted to hemis. The Chrysler Polys can be "hemified". DeSotos never offered a Poly motor, DeSoto polys were actually Dodge motors.
