The hoods except '68-71 and all doors are interchangeable although the door handels/latches changed in 65 1/2, so he must have changed the strike location to accomodate the "fridge" type handels. The hoods are all the same up to '68. All you need is to adjust them. The doors have several bolts in the two pockets, just loosen them up and move the door around (you need a little help with the weight of those doors) until it fits better, the Dodge service manual recomends shiming to raise or lower (out on the bottom hinge to go up, out on the top hinge to go down) The hood is the weird one, you actually shim it up to go down (it's a leverage thing) by spacing the hinge away from the body.
