W200 hood question

My recent acquistion of a 67 W200 has a transplanted hood as well as a drivers door. The hood seems to sit a little high, I thought this was just adjustment initially, but upon close inspection, it doen's look like it fits. Anyway, I talked to the former owner and the hood is from a 63W200 as well as the door which also doesn't fit too well. (He thought the truck was a 1960, was also titled that way). The question is, Are the hoods and doors on a 63 W200 and 67 W200 interchangable or am I about to be on a parts hunt? Thanks Alan Koester Retseoka@aol.com
