I am going to have to change my transfer case, Mine is in bad shape I think. It makes all kinds of nasty chain noises. dry grinding noises. yes its has fluid in it. I seen a 208D transfer case on ebay near me for sale. I don't know if its the cast iron 208 or the aluminum one. If its the iron case I thought it may be better than a 203. I would really like to do that conversion with the 203 to 205 setup. But my orignal case lasted 26 years, so another 203 in good shape will last long enough. anyone have one for sale near CT? any other thoughts?
