Must be lots of those around...I've never seen those rusted? Usually even if the bottom chanel is rusted out then the fender is beyond repair.
I've thrown out lots of damaged fenders where the bottom is rusted beyond repair but the top mounting brackets are still like new. Surely someone here has some bad fenders they could cut the brackets off for you. Seems to me the brackets you need are angled arent they?
