Tim is out of Waukesha, Wisconsin. He was the early pioneer in figuring out how to use the mid 70's Saginaw power steering box on the M37. I must admit that I borrowed Tim's idea and marketed used boxes. I went onto developing a u-joint set-up and modern GM tilt steering column for the M37. Ray at Heli-tool then developed the upper power steering pump bracket which then completed the quest for the M37 power steering conversion. Tom
