I've rented trailers from U-Haul and Budget that did the job. The straps weren't big enough, but we put them around the axles and used other tie downs to further tie the truck down.
One thing.....make sure you tell the rental place that you're towing a mustang or something like that. They don't like the idea of someone using their trailer for a big old truck. Then make sure the trailer is in good shape and the tires are full of air.
Natch, you don't want to be going much faster than 55 either.... Be patient and careful.
