There are actually quite a few "mismatched" universal joint crosses available. Besides the ford ones, I believe some of the early gm CV-types were also different, and the aftermarket makes some for 9" ford rear/gm vehicle applications. I would try an industrial supplier (up here we use "Brake & Drive" - mostly a heavy truck supplier) as their books cover lots of oddball (forklifts etc.) applications. Joe L.
