Need some help for possible part production

The Guy who is selling windshield regulator gears is looking for other possible projects. I suggested taillight/license plate holder/brackets. He has a CNC laser cutter and this would be an ideal project for it. Hard part is the programming. After you get it right it would be an easy run. My problem is I have no examples.
