Here is what I did.

I RIGHT clicked on the red X in your main message and selected properties. I then copied and pasted the URL into my browser window. Since that URL ended in .html I knew that would take me to a web page, which it did. If it had ended in .jpg then it would have been correct for the picture.

Once I was at the web page that the photo was on I RIGHT clicked on the photo itself. Yep, put your cursor right on top of it and bring up that context menu. I went to properties at the bottom of the menu. Again, it showed me the URL of JUST THE PHOTO. Since it ended in .jpg I knew I was on the right track. I looked around and did not see anything about "no linking from this site" so I hoped that it would allow it.

I copied that URL then came back to the Power Wagon Forum. I started a response to your post and in the very bottom box that says "Optional Image Link" I pasted the URL that I had copied. (I could have just retyped it but copying it and pasting it into the box makes sure that I won't make an error)

The URL for the photo is the key. The URL for the WEB PAGE is what is displayed in the address bar at the top of the page. The URL for the photo is found by going to the properties of the photo.

If I had wanted to give you a link to the page that the photo was on then I would have used the URL for the web page and the "Optional Link" box below (you need both the URL and a title to make it work). If I want to add a photo to my message then I need to use the "Optional Image Link" box.

Now if Joe would just let me put HTML directly into the message itself I could have some REAL fun!

Hope this helps!
