The NP 201 was a 91000 series trans. Therefore I'm guessing (since I cannot find my casting book!) that the 91761 case is a NP201. It has twin sticks and a 10 bolt PTO cover on the passenger side. The NP 201 has no rear output shaft opposite the front shaft, it's rear output shaft is opposite the transmission input shaft.
The NP200 Flat Fender case is a 39360 series. It has the rear output opposite the front output shaft and has the e-brake opposite the transmission input shaft.
Hope this helped.
