Most of my 9.00-20 NDTs say "regroovable" on the sidewall. I'd like to find a re-groover and try it since I go through a pair of front tires in about 5000 miles. I don't think the military re-grooves them; at least the tires I've seen still have the wear bars on them and the grooves look factory-smooth.
