Mark did you bench bleed the MC before installing? Also someone once told me there was a different pedal for the dual MC setup in the '67 and '68. We would need someone to verify if this is true. Joe C. can you verify this with your truck verses an older one? thanks.
Mark if the pedal is different it might account for the large amount of freeplay.
