very few tires are regrooveable mostly intercity bus & truck and are clearly marked on sidewalls that the tire is regroovable
have to be very carefull so as not to expose
the cord / or worse yet the steel belting in radial tires as this will render the tire unsafe!! you might contact michelin tech department to see if they have an technical data regarding regrooving 11.00x16
