It has a lug style terminal strip with holes to put the wires in. I belive it has the sleaves the set screw pushes down for smashing the wire tight if not I will tin the wire ends anyway for a better connection to the block. I am using Marine rated shethed cable with extra flexable wire for the wiring and keeping the splices down to a minium. Mark H.
